38' Fleetwood park model trailer located on Lake Pond Oreille ID

This is a park model trailer that is located at one of the last RV Parks on this lake (Island View RV) which is across the lake from Sandpoint Idaho. Trailer is air conditioned with propane furnace, gas stove/oven, built in microwave, water heater is 110V or propane and there is also a full size residential refrigerator and the living room has a slide out. Full bathroom with real toilet (no chemicals). Attached is a 25' long awning also includes a outdoor table and chairs set and a full sized BBQ. The unit is fully skirted with deck year round with nice open area in front and across from laundry house and there is space for parking 4 vehicles behind trailer. Lake is 100 yards away so wind on the blustery days is not a concern. RV park has 45 sites 12 of which are year round, also has it's own wave protected marina for your boat and year round boat storage inside a metal walled and roofed barn, both at very reasonable monthly cost. Pad that trailer is located on is $2400 per YEAR and you pay power. My wife and I can reach the park in 6 hrs from Okotoks and all we need to pack is groceries.
