This clean , tobacco free enviroment is available for for full or part-time rental or leasing from 9am-10pm .7 days a week * Day time and late night bookings at special reduced rates are also available for singer /songwriters and other accoustic or roots oriented artists, who are looking for a place to work on their writing , their vocals, or a place to jam before or after a gig. Features include wired-in security system , always snow-cleared parking for four , with ground level entrance , ceiling and floor fans , heat, track lighting , wall to wall rug ,fridge , micro-wave , and cable T.V. with wireless internet access. Also included are an equipment dolly , cleaning , recycling and maintenance of equipment and studio which includes a recently improved , clean & punchy P.A. system , mics , stands and cables as well as a new Behringer mixing board with built-in effects.A classic Traynor bass rig with a Specter bass and a Tweed Fender Blues amp with a ''72'' Fender Strat , A Roland 88 wieghted key piano , and lots of hand percussion are also included. In house services include a recording studio running Logic Pro for Mac and shower and washroom facilities. Rates are only $15/hr. when available $12.50 / per hour. for repeat bookings ( Spring & summer rates start April 15th - 4hr min. ) . Phone or drop an e-mail and tell me your bands budget and schedule needs and whether you want to lease or rent from month to month and we will work out a plan to suit you (* Substantial savings are available with a signed 6 or 12 month lease but a refundable security deposit is required ) For those of you who can't afford a security deposit for the keys , as long as you can stick to a schedule of your choice and you can give two weeks notice , your good to go.
