Sales Associates are valuable players on our store teams. They work with our customers in a variety of ways and can make or break a customer's experience. Consequently, at Moores Clothing for Men we devote a large part of our training resources to teach valuable skills related to high quality customer service, product knowledge, and outfit coordination to our Sales Associates.
Summary Job Description
Sales Associates at Moores Clothing for Men support Managers, Operations Managers, Wardrobe Consultants, and Tailors in the selling effort. Sales Associates assist in critical store operations in the following ways:
- Assisting Wardrobe Consultants and Managers to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Learning basic product knowledge
- Understanding Moores Clothing for Men basic selling and presentation techniques
- Becoming proficient in register function for cashiering and merchandise transfers
- Helping to assemble and present merchandise to customers
- Assisting customers, especially when Operations Managers, Wardrobe Consultants and Managers are busy
- Helping to maintain store appearance
