Birth Doula Services

I am also currently training to become a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (certification pending). My rates are very reasonable and I am very knowledgeable about low-risk, uncomplicated pregnancies. I also have substantial knowledge regarding VBAC, multiple pregnancies, and diabetes in pregnancy.

I see pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding as normal and healthy events in the lives of women. Women are strong and I have confidence in their ability to birth their babies. I encourage my clients to explore the Lamaze Six Healthy Birth Practices as they await the birth of their child(ren). These evidence based practices have been adapted from the WHO to “promote, protect and support natural, safe and healthy birth” (Lamaze, 2011).
