Great Beginnings! (Maximum 6 per class)
This is a great opportunity for your talented little star to experience singing as the solo artist! They will have a lot of fun singing their favourite song while learning proper voice use and care. Each child prepares one song and discovers how to use the stage, the microphone and the voice within! In this workshop, the children will sing with backing tracks, or karaoke tracks. Please note this is not a class to learn how to sing Karaoke but the tracks are a great tool for practise and performance purposes. Songs must be age appropriate.

Singer in the Band Jumpstart Program (Maximum 6 per class)
This is a great start for kids to learn to sing with live instrumentation; the first step toward singing in a band. Learn timing, rhythm, phrasing, interpretation, breathing techniques, microphone techniques, stance, and presentation. Each student prepares one song for performance. Song choice – you may bring your own sheet music. Songs must be age appropriate and will be on approval of clinicians Sherry Kennedy and Derek Stoll.

Singer in the Band for Kids!! (8 - 10 Maximum per class)
Learn to sing with a band (Calgary's top professionals) - Jazz, Blues, Country, Show Tunes. Each student prepares one song for performance with band. Students will learn to count the band in, musical terms, rhythms, breathing techniques, vocal exercises, utilizing the space on stage, mic technique and much more. Songs must be age appropriate. Students may bring their own sheet music prior to class, however songs will be on approval of clinicians Sherry Kennedy and Derek Stoll.
