Our prices include two applications of paint on all walls, additional coats will cost extra. This price also includes minor drywall repair, sanding, all prep work and clean up.  

Price includes

$40 for one room 

Room no larger than 150 square feet (regular sized room)

Ceilings no higher than 9 feet.

Includes only walls in room.

Additional size of room will be charged at an extra cost.

In order to qualify for the $40 one room special you must purchase at least 1 room at regular price. (For example you can have your kitchen and bathroom painted, or you Master bedroom and laundry room, the possibilities are endless) Plus your one room at $40.

If you decide to get your whole house painted we will even give you 2 rooms at $40 plus one free gallon of paint.

(Must have 70%of house painted to qualify)

Additional services are subject to additional fees. These services include closets, other rooms, ceilings, baseboards, casings, cupboards as well as major drywall repairs and larger rooms.

The paint used is Lifemaster which is from Dulux Paints. This paint is no VOC which means fewer harmful chemicals are released into the air by it.

If you would like to use another brand we would be more than happy to accommodate you. You may also supply your own paint.

*Some rooms that fit the dimensions may cost extra due to time consuming brush work*

*If no rooms match the square footage than we will proceed with the next sized room and apply the discounted price and charge you the difference*
